Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards:
The Press Operator or Commercial Press Feeder will assist in setup, run and maintenance of press and related equipment to produce quality product as directed by customer and job ticket specifications.
Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards:
- Press feeder will be responsible for assistance in maintenance of all aspects of the press as directed by the lead pressman.
- Press feeder will be responsible to identify and stack/load proper paper products for jobs following job ticket specifications.
- Press feeder will have or will acquire knowledge of paper products, inks, and their interactions with each other to ensure the highest quality product is being produced.
- Responsible to follow all work procedures and instructions per training and instruction by Department Manager. Responsible to communicate any questions to the appropriate person or department.
- Responsible to adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
- Responsible to assist in all quality checks.
- Work to maximize efficiency and productivity on all projects by utilizing all of the resources available.
- Project a positive attitude and promote teamwork.
- Attend and participate in any and all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual meetings per invitation and instruction.
- Utilize our Quality Management System to promote an understanding of our customer needs and expectations.
- Help promote a culture where we exceed customer expectations.

- Ability to operate machinery and/or equipment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years printing experience a plus
- Ability to lift, bend, stand and walk
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
