The Solutions Implementation Specialist serves as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through the implementation and adoption of our proprietary, cloud-based platform. Responsibilities

  • Lead 5–10 concurrent implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and successful onboarding.
  • Support and maintain relationships with 20–30 active customer accounts, helping them optimize platform usage.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and align solutions with business and clinical objectives.
  • Configure and implement software solutions, guiding clients through database setup, data migration, and system integration.
  • Provide technical product training, both remote and onsite, tailored to the client’s industry and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in coordination with internal teams, including Engineering, QA, and Support.
  • Perform validation and testing of new features and integrations, proactively communicating changes to stakeholders.
  • Influence product development by sharing customer feedback and usability insights with the Product team.
  • Build lasting partnerships with clients through clear communication, trust, and a focus on long-term success.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to internal process improvements.
  • Travel up to 25% as needed to support onsite implementations or training.
TECHNOLOGY STACK & INTEGRATION SCOPE:
  • Multi-tenant proprietary SaaS solution hosted in Microsoft Azure
  • Integration with external systems via RESTful APIs, EDIs, Webhooks, and Automated File Transfers
  • Scripting and data transformation using JSON, XML, and SQL
  • Tools and platforms: Jira, Boomi, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Microsoft Excel (advanced usage)

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience delivering software implementations in healthcare, logistics, or compliance-driven industries
  • Experience leading discovery calls and delivering proofs of concept (POCs)
  • Familiarity with SaaS implementation practices and client-facing technical support
  • Project Management or technical certifications (e.g., PMP, Boomi, Azure Fundamentals)
